WestHost webhosting is offering plans starting at $3.95 for Basic hosting but they have also more expensive hosting plans with more features. You can get free domain name and free hosting if you qualify. WestHost has also Reseller plan where you can get site hosted starting at $1.49 or get 35% discount or simple affiliate program which gives you $65 per referral.
